I have over 25 years of customer centric management, and 10 years training, facilitation and coaching experience across multi-cultural organisations that demand a premium level of service, in the hospitality, retail, aviation, security, freight and logistic industries.

I first transitioned into Training and Development as I loved the success and excitement that people experience starting out in new careers or new roles. I received a lot of personal satisfaction in helping them approach, learn, and succeed in the challenges and opportunities that they faced.

Later, I too wanted more challenges and opportunities, and refocused my journey on Professional Leadership Development which has led to our paths converging today…
